How long do custom orders take?

All Gold and Silver Custom pieces take 6-8 weeks from the time your order is placed. Customs may take a little longer during the holiday season. 

Custom copper pieces take 1-3 weeks from the time the order is placed. 

 

What is your jewelry made of?

Any electroformed pieces you see, gold or rhodium, are made first in a copper base. This helps to keep the pieces affordable and is also an amazing metal to work with. All pieces are then plated with a silver barrier, and lastly the heaviest plating available of 14K Gold or Rhodium- well over 3x the industry standard!

 

Can I shower with my jewelry on?

All cord necklaces are waterproof! However, we do recommend removing any plated jewels in the shower as soaps can wear down the plating. We also recommend removing while washing hands, applying any oils, lotions, or hand sanitizer. 

 

HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY PLATED JEWELRY? 

Our copper electroformed rings are plated with gold or rhodium with the thickness of 3.5 microns, which is over 3 times the industry standard of 0.5-1 microns. However, that can eventually begin to wear depending on how you care for your piece.

We do recommend removing the jewelry when showering, swimming, working out, cleaning, or sleeping for maximum longevity. We also recommend storing in an anti-tarnish bag. If your piece does start to wear down, just reach out as we offer re-plating! 

For cleaning, we recommend using a dry, microfiber cloth.

 

My plated ring is beginning to wear down... what do I do?

We can re-plate most pieces for you! Just reach out. 

 

Can you resize rings?

Only sterling silver rings can be resized to a larger size. Electroformed rings can not be resized- this includes copper, gold and rhodium. Always be sure of your ring size before placing your order. 

 

Do you offer International Shipping?

International Customers are responsible for choosing the shipping options that best suit their shipping needs at checkout. 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

 

Do you offer refunds?

We offer store credit for any jewelry that is returned within 7 days of ordering. We do not offer full refunds. Each item is one of a kind and handmade. Please read all descriptions before placing your order to avoid any need to return. All custom orders are final.
