International Customers are responsible for choosing the shipping options that best suit their shipping needs at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
JEWELRY REPAIRS
We are happy to repair your cord necklaces! Here's the listing.
We offer free repairs** on our jewelry within 90 days of purchase with proof of purchase to reference purchase date.
** Please note that gold/rhodium rings are made durable and to last, but we are unable to repair broken rings. A broken ring will require a complete redesign and recreate and customers will be responsible for the cost of a new ring.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We offer store credit for any jewelry that is returned within 7 days of ordering. We do not offer full refunds. Each item is one of a kind and handmade. Please read all descriptions before placing your order to avoid any need to return.
