We offer free repairs or replacement on our jewelry within 90 days of purchase with proof of purchase. 

CORD NECKLACE REPAIRS

Many people believe that when your gemstone  jewelry breaks, that means the stone is done serving you & it's time to find a new piece with some new energy

However, if you want yours fixed, we are happy to repair your cord necklace! (as long as your stone isn't broken) Here's the listing :)

ELECTROFORM REPAIRS 

Due to the process of creation, we are unable to repair most electroformed pieces. However, rest assured that they are handcrafted & built to last. 

RINGS

• RE-PLATING - We do offer replating services! If you've used and abused your ring and need a fresh coat of gold, holler at us below!
• BROKEN RINGS - Please note that all rings are made durable to last, but we are unable to repair broken rings. A broken ring will require a complete recreate and customers will be responsible for the cost of a new ring. 
• RE-SIZING - Please note that rings are unable to be resized by us or any other jeweler, and attempting to do so will destroy the piece. However, when available I am more than happy to exchange. Please note that I highly recommend having your ring size checked before ordering. (This is a free service available at all jewelry counters including jewelry stores, department stores, places like Walmart, Costco, Target, etc.)
